Join a large government department and play a critical role in the success of the delivery of a range of business and IT projects.
In this role, you will design, develop and deliver OCM and Communications plans and tactics to ensure staff are supported through the changes arising from each project. You will have a focus on undertaking stakeholder analysis, and maximise user adoption/
Role Requirements:
- Lead and manage a broad stakeholder base, influencing behavioural and enterprise IM cultural change through developed, targeted OCM strategies and Communications campaigns and provide advice to Manager, Change and Adoption to meet agreed OCM goals and outcomes.
- Manage, lead and mentor communications staff members (2) on effective communication techniques and best practices, ensuring work is timely and of a high quality
- Develop, deliver and maintain Communication tactics, plans and schedules to support the Information Management Program and its constituent projects change and adoption activities
- Work with program and project resources to identify key stakeholder groups and develop appropriate engagement strategies and manage change champion networks.
- Identify OCM and IM cultural risks and issues and develop and manage appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Develop Organisational Change activity plans and deliver change readiness activities to prepare stakeholders for the change.
- Actively engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure they are adequately supported through the change.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Change Manager, working on technology projects that span across an entire business.
- Experience in leading people through change using Change Management techniques established in the industry
- Practical experience in creating and executing a thorough Change Management strategy, implementation plan, and activities that provide comprehensive support to ensure successful project delivery.
- The ability to deliver effective communication and engagement activities and outcomes for a diverse audience.
- This role will require exceptional stakeholder management, organisational coordination, collaboration, presentation, verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and experience developing creative content for various audiences and communication channels.
