Senior Organisational Change Management & Communications Specialist

About the Role:
Our QLD State Government Client's Information Management (IM) Program is seeking a Senior Organisational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Specialist to spearhead OCM initiatives and communications strategies for the IM program and its projects. As a vital member of their team, you will be instrumental in fostering awareness, implementing change and communications plans, conducting stakeholder analysis, and ensuring effective communication across the program and its associated projects.

• Craft and implement compelling communication strategies that resonate across diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of Change Management plans
• Develop engaging communication materials to support change initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed a change mindset
• Analyse stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with senior leaders to champion a change-ready culture

Mandatory Requirements:

• Exceptional stakeholder management, organisational coordination, collaboration, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in OCM and communications consulting within similar capacities on ICT programs/projects.
• Detailed knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Desirable Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communication, or related fields.
• Proficiency in graphic design programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign), email marketing systems (e.g., Vision 6), video and animation software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Vyond), and other relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Visio, Viva Engage, Streams, Survey Monkey, MS Forms).
