Role Overview
Change Manager will be responsible for driving business outcomes and coordinating across multiple platforms and cross-functional teams to deliver data requirements for the business. You will need recent hands-on knowledge and be very comfortable with leading, planning, and executing complex in-squad and cross-tribe initiatives in an agile environment. You need to be people focused and build and maintain relationships, deal with pressure and negotiate with ease with business stakeholders.
Change Manager
- Lead all the change and communication activities
- Document stakeholder matrix (where required)
- Submit front-line engagement requests through appropriate channels
- Document, create and update procedure guides, quick reference guides, supporting material or training material (including KnowHow articles)
- Designing the approach to change, communications or training including hypercare following implementation
- Determine change, communication and training approaches to minimise impact on the business
- Develop and facilitate learning frameworks and workshops
- Ensure the impacts to the business and customers are understood by key stakeholders
- Challenge the solution and roadmap to ensure that the impacts to staff and customers are minimised
- Review and challenge the solution to ensure it is intuitive for the users
- Ensure change activities are included in the backlog and are being performed at the right time
- Document and distribute internal and external customer / staff communications
