Details: This role will be positioned in the five year $39.1M Cloud Campus works program within the Data and Digitalisation Branch of the Corporate Services Division of the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT). Cloud Campus kicked off in 2023 and it comprises of 11 major initiatives that will introduce and integrate Student Facing Systems and Products, Educator Systems and Products, Administrative Systems and Enable Information and Data Technologies.

The Change Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Business Change and requires the expertise of a proven Change Management professional who possesses demonstrated experience in managing large scale and complex technology changes in heavily unionised environment.   In addition, knowledge, and experience in using the Prosci Change Management framework tools and resources is highly desirable.

Key to securing this role is the demonstrated ability to partner with project/program team members to readily develop and deliver Change Management strategies and plans; sometimes across multiple projects, that minimise resistance and maximise change adoption. In addition, demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessment, communication planning: training and development, change implementation, resistance management: performance measurement and continuous improvement and collaboration and teamwork is highly desirable.

Therefore, an individual that is known for their polished and professional demeanour, adaptability, communication and engagement, prioritisation, collaboration, resilience, time management, problem solving, strategic thinking, and commitment to successful change delivery is highly desirable.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for 12 months with possibility of extension. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. This position will based at a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
