Change Manager - 9-month contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our clients' team on a 9-month contract. As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading change management using their Enterprise Change Management framework and associated tools to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change management initiatives, utilising their framework and tools, to ensure project success.
- Establish, manage, and support change management stakeholder networks as required.
- Conduct impact assessments for all business change projects, identifying direct and indirect changes for each group or team impacted.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to develop communications plans and activities, ensuring alignment with the change approach.
- Develop and align change plans and activities.
- Liaise with the Transformation Office to ensure alignment of change activities.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in effective stakeholder management and engagement.
- Proven experience in workshop design and facilitation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Substantial experience with leading the implementation of organisational programs of change in a large commercial organisation.
- Considerable experience and knowledge of organisational program management approaches, methodologies, and life cycle planning.
- Demonstrated experience in articulating the business case for change and demonstrating the benefits of change management.
