Change Implementation Manager

Join Our Team as a Change Management Specialist!

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring change plans, including communication strategies, training initiatives, and stakeholder management. You will play a key role in defining project benefits, assessing progress, and ensuring changes are successfully embedded across the organization. If you excel at influencing and coaching stakeholders, and have a strong background in change management practices, this will be a rewarding role!

The right individual will possess:

• Strong experience in change management
• Develop, deliver and lead end-to-end Change / Transition Plan
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of relevant management and business change techniques
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Good listening and communications skills
• Strong business acumen

Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

1. Planning, development, execution, and monitoring of change plan and activities including communications, training, stakeholder management, change impact assessment, business readiness analysis, gap analysis and change reinforcement.
2. Defining project benefits (benefits-focused), assess progress towards realising and achieving measured improvements in business operations.
3. Managing multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
4. Implementing organisational-wide change activities with an expert ability to influence and coach people including senior stakeholders through all stages of the change.
5. Focusing on people side of change, including changes to associated business processes, policies, systems and technology. Ensuring users impacted by change will be fully aware of all changes, timings and have taken measures to reduce impact to their work.
6. Work with relevant business areas as their participation will play an integral part to enable changes resulting from the project to be firmly embedded within the department by facilitating change related training and workshops, developing user procedures/manuals/templates, etc.
7. Develop knowledge of the Finance business environment, understanding of management structure and culture to enable successful outcome.
8. Reporting on regular progress updates to senior leadership.
9. Developing / compiling end user resources
10. Work with the Project Services Manager to develop and implement business change practices that deliver customer centric services required in an ever-changing environment.
11. Regularly confirm customer/stakeholder expectations to ensure that deliverables are high-quality, fit-for-purpose and aligned with Finance objectives.
