Our client are on the hunt for an experienced Communications Manager to support their organisation through a digital transformation project. This role will have sole ownership of the creation and execution of rolling out strategic communications internally on this change period. This role will also have a strong element of C-Suite communications advisory.

Description
- Creation of communication strategy for digital transformation project, governance & approval model and best practice book
- Strategy implementation through to execution
- Stakeholder management/engagement at C-Suite level
- Creation of key messaging, roadmap and internal communications
- Work closely with individual Change Managers
- Collaborate, influence and overall guidance
Profile
- 5-7 years experience minimum in the Communications field
- Experience with working in a transformative environment (through a change period)
- Able to communicate technical jargon to the everyday reader
- Able to collaborate and bring people along the journey
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- C-Suite engagement
