Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and consolidating engagement outcomes, developing stakeholder impact assessments, and identifying change impacts to people, processes/systems, and affected business areas.
- Collaborating with the Principal Project Manager to develop and implement a change management strategy aligned with the project plan.
- Taking the lead on change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication activities.
- Creating key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report effectiveness, change impact, uptake, and any problems resulting from the change.
Qualification and experience:
- Prior experience in leading change within business processes and IT systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
- A track record of planning and managing change introduced by projects.
- A knack for developing and executing stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Stellar communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
