About this opportunity
This is an exciting time to join Pioneer, as we embark on a digital transformation with multiple projects underway and building leadership capability is a key priority. The purpose of this role will be to facilitate the implementation of Organisational Development strategies and programs relating to culture as well as leadership capability and development that will not only enhance the employee experience but will respond to the changing needs of the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Work alongside the People & Capability Business Partners on the organisational talent and succession planning including implementation and ongoing enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support talent management and team and individual development.
- Design, implement and facilitate organisation wide initiatives and programs
About You
To be successful in this role we would expect that you would have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and delivery of leadership programs.
- Experience in skill and competency frameworks.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to build and foster relationships across a multidiscipline workforce.
- Be creative and courageous.
