About the Role Responsibilities: Develop, communicate, and execute comprehensive change management plans to ensure maximum adoption and awareness of program benefits and deliverables. Collaborate actively with business partners, project teams, and key stakeholders to drive success. Ensure changes are effectively understood, sustained, and integrated throughout the product life cycle.
About You Requirements: Must be an Australian citizen. Has demonstrated experience in Agile project environments.
Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Ability to develop change management strategies, including impact assessment, communication plans, training, and adoption strategies, with a focus on incorporating lessons learned. Change certification (Prosci or equivalent) required.
