You will be required to conduct impact assessments, document your findings, and develop and implement a change plan that encompasses both training and communications.Key requirements include:Change Analysis
- Research and document stakeholder assessments that support projects in engaging with the right people about the right project initiatives, and ensure that stakeholders are provided with opportunities to deliver the change in partnership with project teams
- Document change impact assessments and ensure the appropriate change interventions are incorporated into change and project plans to support successful project outcomes
- Develop quality change communications for various projects, including drafting, reviewing and securing approval for distribution.
- Develop and deliver training plans for impacted user groups.
- Prosci accreditation or similar in change management
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in conducting impact assessments, implementation planning, gathering insights and analysis
- Experience in large-scale change and transformation programs involving multiple business units
- Experience applying change management models and methodologies and producing change plans
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery
