Change Manager

You will join our Strategy, Change and Communications team within the Commodities and Global Markets Data division, supporting the delivery of our Data Platforms transformation initiatives. This is one of many exciting change transformations across Macquarie. Our team provides data solutions, facilitating effective data management through new technology and platforms.

What role will you play?

Joining as a Change Manager, you will support the delivery of the Data Strategy including working closely with senior Change Managers and change lead to deliver on the change management plan by developing a deep understanding of stakeholder groups, assessing change impacts and training needs and creating engaging materials to help bring users along the journey. You will identify appropriate change interventions using a human centred approach and work with impacted stakeholder groups to ensure readiness for the change.
