As a result of our ongoing expansion nationally, we're on the lookout for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at Revo Fitness. The TA specialist will be responsible for a high volume of recruitment across our national portfolio (including head office roles), where you’ll be partnering with business leaders in sourcing great talent. High quality, timely delivery of candidates and contribution to continual improvement projects will be a major part of this TA Specialist opportunity. Reporting directly to the Manager for People & Safety, you'll play a key role in leading our hiring managers through the recruitment process ensuring an exceptional candidate experience is maintained.
The role is full-time (38 hours per week), flexible working options will be considered for the right candidate. There is occasional travel between Revo Fitness sites, regionally and interstate, as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications and keep up to date and accurate records of candidate progression in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Deliver end to end recruitment solutions in line with business strategy.
- Plan and facilitate Assessment Centres.
- Proactively establish and manage Talent Pools for various operational facilities.
- Support the Human Resources Adviser with the onboarding process and collaborate with Hiring Managers to coordinate employee inductions.
- Identify and propose efficiencies to streamline and improve Talent Acquisition practices in line with business strategy.
- Provide regular reporting, market insights and recommendations on attraction, selection and retention.
- Lead hiring managers to successfully interview and access talent.
- Be an ambassador of our brand, our people and share our compelling success story.
- High volume recruitment experience, ideally in a similar internal recruitment role.
- Working knowledge of National Awards, National Employment Standards & Fair Work Act
- Strong business acumen whilst maintaining a fair, best practice approach.
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills and working knowledge of HRIS & ATS (working knowledge of JobAdder will be highly regarded)
- The ability to build strong relationships with a range of different stakeholders
