About the role
As a Change Product Lead in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver substantial change to the ways in which risk information is provided to users across the bank. This role is integral to ANZ's group strategy to transition to the cloud and leverage data and AI to transform risk management. The Change Product Lead will be responsible for enabling change, increasing platform adoption, and bringing a product mindset to the rollout process.

What will your day look like?
• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of the new data platform across the Risk Division.
• Create and deliver change collateral inspired by product industry standards, including website, training materials, user guides, blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and communication plans
• Product Mindset and Marketing: Apply product management principles to the rollout process, ensuring that the platform meets user needs and delivers value.
• Utilize marketing methodologies to influence and drive change, including targeted campaigns, user engagement activities, and feedback loops.
• Develop and implement internal go-to-business strategies for the platform, including launch events, promotional activities, and user onboarding programs.
• Lead & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth platform rollout, coordinating efforts between IT, Risk, and other relevant departments.
• Be the advocate of platform / product through demonstrations, storytelling, sharing customer success stories.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in data, AI, and cloud technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the change collateral and influence change
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Proven experience in change management, with a strong understanding of product management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change in a complex organizational environment.
• Strong marketing skills, with experience in developing and executing campaigns & change collateral to drive user adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Experience in data and analytics rollout & exposure to AI driven solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in risk management, is highly desirable.
