About the role:Are you passionate about driving organisational transformation? Do you excel in designing and implementing effective change and training programs? CSR is seeking a dynamic Change and
Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of transformative interventions in alignment with our strategic initiatives.
- Developing change management strategies and plans to deliver multiple changes to stakeholder groups in an integrated way so that changes become a ‘part of the way we work.
- Conducting change impact assessments for stakeholder groups for a specific project and documenting these impacts clearly.
- Developing proposed interventions to mitigate risks arising from Change impacts, including design, development and delivery of training interventions and resources in a variety of formats.
- Developing approaches to measure success of change and training interventions and compiling and communicating results.
- Managing the tactical delivery of change, communication, and training initiatives to ensure quality and consistency, aligned with CSR's Change Management Framework.
- Leveraging strategic communication initiatives developed by Group Communications to engage and inspire the team about the change program and CSR strategy.
What you bring to the role:- 3+ years' experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to enable project outcomes.
- Degree qualified in Business, HR, Education or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to develop broad range of communications to meet a varied range of audience types, including front-line staff, managers, and execs.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training material, including e-learning.
- Experience working with Project Management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Experience with work planning, status reporting, issue / risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and confident managing multiple activities in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
