Reporting to the General Manager, this pivotal role will primarily drive growth and lead 9 territory managers across Australia within the pool channel. The role focuses on dealer and market engagement, utilising Davey’s consumer data to reignite and maintain relationships.
With financial accountability, the Channel Manager will develop and implement strategies that deliver sustained profitable growth, achieving commercial objectives, and aligning and executing sales strategies with support from the Senior Leadership team. The Channel Manager will actively participate in the AU Sales Leadership Group and contribute to the broader growth strategy and direction of the organisation.

- Category reviews
- Sales cycle planning
- Expanding the customer base while growing the retail footprint
- Enhance strategic marketing
- Customer experience measurement
- Analytical capabilities to improve AU sales through operational fitness programs.
Key success factors include driving results, coaching and building team capability, relationship building, data analysis, resilience, and the ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities.
A background in franchising, FMCG, or retail is highly favoured, as is experience with agency or dealer channels to market.
