The Opportunity We are on the lookout for an experienced Civil & Structural Checker to join our Engineering and Drafting team located in Ascot, WA to work cross a number of significant projects. You will be tasked with checking civil and structural design drawings to ensure they achieve design outcomes for each project.
Your typical day will consist of: Checking drawings for compliance with client expectations, standards, specifications and procedures Liaising with field personnel where required, to produce accurate design documentation Liaising with relevant disciplines to ensure design coordination of multi-disciplined projects Maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality in the design documentation What we are looking for: Minimum 15 years design experience and checking in a Process Design environment Extensive use of 3D CAD systems Relevant tertiary qualifications – certificate or diploma in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Design Knowledge of current design and detail drafting standards What’s on offer: Attractive remuneration on a comfortable weekly pay cycle Employee Assistance Program (EAP), well-being assistance that’s free for all the family; Free onsite parking and end of ride facilities A collaborative and supportive team environment with all the tools to succeed
