The highly anticipated alba at Stories hospitality precinct is almost ready to light up Yagan Square… and we’re looking for talented chefs to join our opening crew!  

alba is presented by award-winning Perth hospitality operator, Nokturnl; the team who brought you The Old Synagogue / Tonic + Ginger, The Beaufort / Lotus and South Perth’s exciting new venue, The Station / Ludo.

We are seeking both full-time and casual chefs to assist in running alba – a 150 seat modern Italian restaurant lead by Head Chef, Adam Szymankiewicz – Former Head chef at Matteo Downtown in Sydney. You'll be working alongside an experienced and passionate team to deliver lunch and dinner service.
