The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a Part time Cold Larder/Chef role at our aged care residence in Wollongong

Roster:Various shifts available

What This Role Involves:

• Preparing and serving meals, Customer service
• Re-stocking as required, Food preparation,Tray Service, Bulk Cooking
• Special diet modifications including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified purees
• Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
• Assisting the broader team as required, Kitchen work
• Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
• Experience in aged care or catering is an advantage but not necessary
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
