Job Description
As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the senior kitchen management team in the daily running of the restaurant. While helping with menu development and ordering, following the high standards, and leading by example. As a kitchen leader, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring the junior staff, teaching them how to work correctly and professionally, and delivering the highest quality dishes to a hatted level.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume premium or hatted restaurant
- Understanding of Modern Australian cuisine
- An open communication style with the ability to inspire those working around you
- Exemplary management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- A hands-on leadership style and approach to team management
