We are currently seeking passionate, energetic, and motivated individuals at various levels of experience, including waitstaff, bartenders, and baristas, to join our exciting and expanding team. Successful applicants would ideally have experience in quality, high-volume venues and possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in this role working in a quality establishment;
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision-making;
- Available to work nights and weekends;
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure;
- Have full Australian working rights
The Role
ēmmē is searching for professional, energetic people to join our team of talented chefs and Cooks. We are looking for people who have a passion for the hospitality industry and deliver a high-level of service.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
- Mise en place and breakdown.
- Section management.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
- Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.
The Prerequisites
- 1+ years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues.
- Learn new techniques and sections.
- Experience in a busy and professional environment.
- Good communication and attitude.
- Organised with a passion for well-executed food.
- Course completion of use of hygienic practices for food safety and participation in safe food handling practices.
