Carino Care at Oatley requires a full-time chef or aged care experienced cook for Monday to Friday.
Must be proficient in cooking Chinese menu.
The Chef/Cook must efficiently manage and operate the dietary and food services department, ensuring a safe, high-quality food service.
The role involves:
- Food preparation
- Ordering
- Management of the catering team
- Promote the dining experience
Selection Criteria:
- Diploma in Hospitality or Certificate IV in Commercial Cooking or equivalent
- Preferably with previous experience in residential aged care services
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
