We require professionals for our Z10 Finance Group pty ltd t/a Club House Hotel in Warren NSW 2824 as full-time Cooks & Chefs in Historical Warren in NSW near Dubbo . We are looking for someone who is hard working, creative, organised and passionate about Australian , Italian, Indian,Thai cuisine.Job Title: CookKey Responsibilities:Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipments
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
Cook food in various utensils or grillers
Check food while cooking to stir or turn
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitiser and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check quality of ingredients
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortagesQualifications:
Proven experience as cook at least 2 years.(required)
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina
Culinary degree or equivalent Certificate 3 in Cookery (Required)Salary Package:
Successful applicant will get $70,000 per year.

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week)

AdaptabilityQualifications:

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food presentation, and kitchen management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HACCP.Salary Package:
Successful applicant will get $71,000 to $75,000 plus super depending on experience
