ClubMulwala is a NSW Registered Club situated on the banks of the majestic Murray River in the beloved tourist destination of Yarrawonga/ Mulwala. ClubMulwala is a vibrant ‘’one stop shop" for all things hospitality. We currently have an opportunity for experienced and motivated Chefs / Cooks to join our dynamic team that services our vibrant and growing business. Our extensive catering division produces over 3500 meals per week servicing three Restaurants and several function rooms. We have a range of positions available (no split shifts), Full Time & Casual roles, 5 weeks annual leave and deliver work life balance within country style living. We are offering a highly attractive competitive salary to the right applicants.

Qualifications and Experience

A self-motivated, passionate, and driven Chef / Cook you will need to possess the following skills.

• Must have relevant trade qualifications and / or experience
• A strong work ethic with a passion for food & service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
• A clear understanding Food Safety guidelines
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Skills:

• Follow company recipe guidelines ensuring food preparation is of the highest standard
• To maintain exceptional presentation and consistency on every plate with attention to detail
• Operate kitchen equipment, maintain a clean and organised environment during and after meal service.
• Ability to work in a large, diverse team or autonomously. 
• Assist with managing stock rotation and waste control

Successful applicant must be able to work a variety of shifts including   weekends and evening shifts     (no split shifts).
