THE COMPANY

They are looking for a passionate and talented CHEF DE CUISINE, to ensure a positive and professional working environment throughout the kitchen and influence culinary members.
THE ROLE
- Responsible for multiple outlets, including 2 restaurants and a bar
- Exceeding guests’ expectations
- Provide an ultimate dining experience
- Setting innovative ideas and achieving company goals
- Develop, train and mentor direct reports and kitchen staff
- Work with Executive Chef to develop production methodologies to increase efficiency, productivity, quality and consistency
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Dedicated to going beyond guests’ expectations
- Proven expertise in demonstrating technical skills
- Experience in a la carte dining, preferably in luxury brands
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and hygiene standards
- Knowledge of the latest market trends
- Excellent communication skills
