About you- CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A passion to cook and create.
- Relevant experience in a premium restaurant
- An understanding of WHS and HACCP
- A can-do attitude and outlook to the role
- Successful completion of Commercial Cookery III or IV or equivalent or equivalent.
About the Role - POSITION SUMMARY
- Plate and design consistently beautiful food for our guests.
- From cold foods to operating a range of equipment – ovens, stoves, grills, and beyond.
- Portion, chop, mix, and get every ingredient just right.
- Keep an eagle eye on food quality from prep to plate.
- Keep our kitchen spotless, from tools to tables.
- Ensure everything's at the right temperature, from appliances to the dishes.
- Stay updated with our safety protocols and keep our environment hazard-free.
- Ensure and maintain your professional appearance
- Extend warm welcomes, understand their needs, and ensure they leave with a smile.
- Build positive relationships and rally together to achieve team goals.
- Open to diverse tasks and willing to step in wherever needed.
