We're seeking a truly driven foodie with a keen eye for detail and passion for their trade. Working under our new Head Chef you will play a key role in bringing this exceptional offering to life.

A day in the life
As a Chef De Partie you will be reporting to the Head Chef and supported by other senior members of the kitchen brigade. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the Kitchen and working in a team to provide quality and a high level of service to guests while adhering to Kitchen policies and procedures.
You’ll display a passion for all things food and show a flair for creating dishes made from local ingredients. The role will allow you to work across our restaurant, conference and events and room service.

We are looking for
- Commercial Cookery Qualification – Cert III or IV
- 2 - 3 years experience in a fine dining setting is ideal
- A passion for locally sourced and seasonal produce
- A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
- Ability to work autonomously on a section or within a fast-paced team
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including nights and weekends
- Full working rights in Australia
