The Pavilion Cafe is looking for a qualified Chef de Partie who is keen on delivering top class hospitality and food to our guests. With fourteen years feeding the local Warrnambool community and scores of tourists, we have become a reliable go-to café for many people. Th best part of our business is that it is predominately days only.

We seek a chef to assist the Head Chef in our busy kitchen. This will include cooking for our customers and assisting with specials preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, supervising, and directing junior kitchen staff, and ordering for the menu when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 per year (negotiable)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
• Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Warrnambool, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Kitchen: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
