Bistro Thierry is a busy French restaurant in Toorak, in business for 23 years.
Due to internal promotions we are seeking the services of an experienced Chef de Partie.
This is a full time position.
Applicants must be a qualified chef with at least 2 years experience in a similar position. In addition to holding a relevant qualification such as an apprenticeship or similar grading. Must be able to hold a 'hot section' unsupervised as well as be able to work within a team environment. Must also be creative and innovative within the perimeters of French cuisine. We encourage our staff to push the boundaries in cuisine.
Bistro Thierry is a fast paced restaurant serving approximately 1200 covers per week, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. You will not be bored!!
You will be working under the guidance of Chef Frederic Naud and within a young team of motivated chefs and apprentices.
Salary in accordance with experience.
