Chef de Partie – Edwins Café 

Edwin’s Café is conveniently located on Olympic Boulevard, on the ground floor of AAMI Park Stadium. 

We are seeking the services of a full time Chef de Partie to assist us in our daily cafe operation, elite sporting player meal buffets and match day service. 

Edwins Café is open Monday to Friday (7am -330pm) and all match days at the stadium. We operate on a 7 day week rotating roster. Whilst we are open on match day weekends, they are not every weekend and have minimal night work. 

The role

• Ability to work in all stations as required – pans, larder, player buffets
• Solid understanding of food safety standards
• Assist in menu development and weekly specials. 
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Have a can do attitude
• Contribute to a great culture
