Salary Bistro Thierry is a busy French restaurant in Toorak, in business for 23 years.
Due to internal promotions, we are seeking the services of an experienced Chef de Partie. This is a full-time position.
Applicants must be a qualified chef with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position. in addition to holding a relevant qualification such as an apprenticeship or similar grading.
Must be able to hold a 'hot section' on your own.
Bistro Thierry is a fast-paced restaurant serving approximately 1200 covers per week, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. You will not be bored!!
You will be working under the guidance of Chef Frederic Naud and within a young team of motivated chefs and apprentices.
Salary in accordance with experience.
