Job Title: Chef de Partie - Skillogalee Estate, Clare Valley

Skillogalee Estate, nestled in the picturesque Clare Valley, seeks a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. Position Overview: 

As a Chef de Partie at Skillogalee Estate, you will play a key role in our kitchen operations, creating memorable dishes and maintaining our high food quality and presentation standards. The ideal candidate will be a qualified chef with a full apprenticeship completed and a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.

• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute creative ideas to menu development and special events.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Requirements:

• Completed full apprenticeship as a chef (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional dishes using seasonal and local ingredients.
