Is now recruiting for immediate start a Sous Chef, Snr Chef de Parties, and qualified cooks who will enjoy working within a recently renovated, food & wine focussed venue to become a team of dedicated chefs with a passion for quality food, kitchen organisation & work life balance.

The McLaren Vale Hotel, 2023 AHA award winner best overall country hotel located in the heart of one of Australia’s premier wine growing regions, is a special place in the Australian psyche, performing a kind of civic service of outstanding hospitality.

Come join multi award winning chef Paul Wilson who is now recruiting a Sous Chef & chefs of all levels for his new wine centric, McLaren Vale Hotel. 

Gastro- pub / brasserie menu philosophy underpinned by mature culinary techniques & simplicity showcasing benchmark local ingredients with European & modern Australian flavour.

Sous Chef& Snr Chef de Parties
