What you will be doing:
As a Chef de Partie, you will run the daily operation of our signature breakfast as well as look after the catering needs for our meetings and events.
What are we looking for:
- Experience in a hotel environment running sections within breakfast or events
- Passionate about cooking and food
- The drive to bring your ideas to the table to improve our guest offering
- Ability to teach and upskill junior chefs
- Ability to rotate on areas such as breakfast or events as required
- Someone with a desire to learn and grow their skills
