Commercial Cookery qualifications OR Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Must have experience in Japanese Cuisine. Proficient in crafting sushi, tempura, maki, and more. Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.Must work well in a team environment.Good knowledge of health, safety & sanitisation procedures.Must have a genuine passion for producing great food coupled with excellent organisational skills. Must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times.Must be a team player with flexibility and availability to work nights, weekends, public holidays.Must be able to work calmly and effectively in an open, fast-paced kitchen and interact with dining guests.Highly Competitive Hourly Rate: $33.89 - $39 Super.
