AN exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, passionate and proactive Chef at the RSL site 96 Shaftesbury Rd, BUrwood, NSW, 2134
Reporting to the Executive chef, your role and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Strong food knowledge including Western and Asian cuisine
- Food preparation and outstanding plate presentation for a la carte, lunch & dinner and when required functions.
- A passion for food and a "can do" attitude
- A high level of organization skills and the ability to work well under pressure Maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
You must be flexible to work a seven-day rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
Applicants must be available to work 25 - 38 hours per week and be available to work any day of the week.
