SalaryThe Geelong Restaurant Group has recently expanded to include our new restaurant Eileen's a charcoal grill steakhouse.
The restaurant will be french influenced and based around cooking on the charcoal grill.
As a result, we are looking to expand our team to assist with managing our new restaurant.
The group currently also operates the Sawyers Arms Tavern & Two Noble.
We are looking for candidate's who can assist us with the following responsibilities -
- Ability to work and manage all sections of the kitchen.
- Manage food preparation as requested by the Head Chef.
- Ensuring the highest standard and quality of dishes.
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Assist as required with all other areas of kitchen management.
- Experience in a french and or steakhouse would be preferred but not essential.
