About the role
- Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
- Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
- Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations
- Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section.
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Preparing meat and fish and cook dishes per menu
- Assisting with the management of health and safety.
About you
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commands respect in the kitchen
- Team player and supportive of a culture of team work
- High food standards in taste and presentation
- Diploma of Management or at least three years of experience
