This is a great opportunity for a CDP or senior chef who wants experience overseeing a kitchen.
ALL about the role:
- As a CDP chef, you will be responsible for heading up one of our kitchen teams, you will report to the Executive Chef and you will be a part of our huge multi-venue operation located at Gold Coast Airport employing over 100 team members.
- Manage, inspire, and lead a team to create an outstanding dining experience for our guests delivering consistent, high-quality food and an exceptional dining experience.
- Create a food-safe environment by adhering to and enforcing our Food Safety Program
Qualifications
ALL about you:
- A progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an ever-changing and challenging fast-paced environment
- A culinary artist with an established background in delivering an exceptional dining experience
- You will have a fun attitude and a generous approach to developing your team
- An experienced Comis or CDP chef or similar role as a senior chef, preferably with knowledge of the Cafe, Restaurant & retail sector environments
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- A proven ability to motivate and train successful teams
