We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to take on our Masala Kitchen dining experience. Must have strong knowelege of Indian Cuisine. In all areas, Curry and Tandoor.

Essentials
To be successful in this role, you have a proven expertise in a Head Chef position where you had control over stock, supplier relationships and ordering with budgets. You also manage and supervise a kitchen team, including rostering, training, and recruitment, as well as ensuring compliance with all food and safety requirements.
The role is Full-Time and will require flexibility within your availability. Consisting of predominately evening shifts 5 days a week.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
The primary tasks of the Head Chef include but are not limited to:
- Menu design and associated costings
- Staff Training and Development
- Highest standard of food safety practices
- Staff recruitment and termination
- Rostering
- Liaising with FOH Managers and Operations Manager/Owner
- Generating of offers, ideas and concepts
- Meeting with potential suppliers
