Restaurant Manager

The Role: As our Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our operation. In addition to managing certain business aspects, you'll also be expected to roll up your sleeves and work alongside a small team you will help create in crafting and serving our delectable Indian cuisine. Previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential if you possess the right attitude and willingness to learn. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service standards and quality control are upheld. Taking charge of ordering and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and ingredient freshness. Creating and managing staff rosters to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Providing hands-on leadership and guidance to our team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements: To thrive in this role, you'll need:

A passion for Indian cuisine and a desire to learn and grow within a managerial position. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to effectively handle various responsibilities.
