THE POSITION
Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and site based catering
Successfully manage, mentor and develop both front an back of house teams
Maintain a high standard of food hygiene & allergy awareness controls
Build and leveraging positive client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations
Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)
This role will see you working 43 weeks of the year during term time with school holidays off
THE PERSON
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
5 years Kitchen management experience in bulk catering with a strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Must be able to obtain Working with Children Check
Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills and full P&L Management
Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
