Our client, a uniquely Australian owned and highly respected company in hospitality is seeking a qualified Chef Manager to join a focused team located in a traditional location in the heart of Townsville CBD.
This unique role will be best suited to experienced applicants who may have worked as a chef de partie and enjoy being creative when opportunities arise.
You must have :
- Ordering stock and cost management
- Strong focus on food hygiene
- Best practice in food preparation, hygiene and safety
- Demonstrate team management and leadership
- Friendly demeanour
- Hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Offering flexibility when required to assist in other areas of the kitchen
- Catering for alternate functions and barbeques
- Outstanding customer service
- Operating the kitchen for regulated meals
Offering :
- Annual salary
- 10 hour day shifts
- 14 weeks paid annual leave
