qualia is an oasis of Australian style, providing exceptional levels of award-winning luxury and intuitive, friendly service. We source and serve only the freshest and best local and international produce at its Pebble Beach and Long Pavilion restaurants, each with mesmerising views over the Whitsundays.

Your Role
- Work in two exclusive restaurants: Long Pavilion and Pebble Beach (hatted)
- Create outstanding plates of food delivering a unique and special experience for qualia guests
- Lunch, Dinner, private functions and exclusive events & in room dining with a difference
- Fine Dining Modern Australian cuisine; a la carte, classics and degustation menus
- Uphold and breathe qualia's consistently excellent standards of service
About You
- Must have successfully completed Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Valid Drivers Licence required
- Michelin star or hatted experience desirable
- Fine dining a la carte restaurant or hotel background essential
- Minimum 4 years of post-apprenticeship experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a busy kitchen and leading teams
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude who thrives working in a team
