We are seeking an experienced Chef for this busy venue located in the heart of the Northern Territory.
This role would suit a hands on Chef with a flair for presentation and excellent a la carte cooking experience (strong with steaks). The successful candidate will be capable of overseeing the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
You will work with a team of 20+ onsite staff offering excellent service to passing tourists and overnight visitors staying onsite.
The kitchen offers a selection of short order takeaway food options, bakery food, bistro meals and caters to the staff living and working onsite.
The kitchen operates 7 days per week with a small team of cooks / chefs & kitchen hands. The company offers staff an enjoyable work environment with clean and spacious onsite staff accommodation.
Enjoy the laid back lifestyle in the Northern Territory – star filled skies, amazing sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy days off by the pool or hanging out with the kangaroos, emus and camels. The weather is fantastic all year round.

Immediate Start
Package:(HIGA Casual Level 5)- $34.79 Monday-Friday
- $37.41 Monday-Friday after 7pm
- $41.75 per hour Saturday
- $48.70 per hour Sunday
- $69.58 per hour Public Holidays
- Accommodation & Meals Provided $150 per week
- Assist the head chef with managing kitchen operations
- Cooking of A la carte meals, bistro and short order cooking
- Catering work
- Take pride in the presentation of food being served
- Maintain a clean kitchen
- Take directions from the head chef
- Working various shifts – some AM, some PM, some split shifts
- Telstra Mobile Coverage Only available onsite
- Onsite gym & swimming pool
