AS Randhawas Holdings Pty Ltd ATF AS Randhawas Investment trust is seeking for a full time Cook/Chef due to their rapid growth.The ideal candidate will have an experience working in a Indian kitchen, have strong teamwork and communication skills and be able to prepare a variety of Indian cuisines to the high standard required by the company.

Skills and experience Required
Must have some experience working in both Curry and Tandoori section in an Indian kitchen.
Certificate III or IV in Commercial cooking required.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team.
* Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
* Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
* Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
* Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
* Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.
* Schedule staff and assist in human resources processes as needed.
