Iririki Resort in Vanuatu is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sous Chef to join the team. This successful applicant will add their value, expertise, and energy to the overall experience.
This full-time role will see the successful applicant working within a small team, and providing leadership and support to the team and business.
Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Support the Head Chef to lead and manage the team effectively;
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, presentation, and satisfaction for our products and offers;
- Work closely with Managers to create, implement, and deliver a top-class dining experience to our resort guests
- Create a harmonious and energetic working environment for all team members;
- Maintain flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business, including regular dining, functions, and events
