An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Chef/Cook at Ocean Grove Bowling Club. Reporting to the GM Food Services and Head Chef, you will be an integral part of our large Restaurant team. 

To be successful in this role you need to have at least 1 year of experience, be a great team player, have a passion for providing an excellent service and be available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays. Flexible working hours are available with all Full time, Part time, Casual positions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in food preparation
• Cooking dishes following recipes and guidance from senior chefs
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your station
• Help monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
• Strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
• Continuously improving culinary skills through learning and training
• Collaborating effectively with restaurant staff for smooth operations
• Participating in post-service cleaning
