The Hardware Société is a cafe born in the laneways of Melbourne 13 years ago, with a mission to redefine breakfast and brunch. We are a Melbourne brunch institution, now open in Paris & Barcelona.
We are looking for Chefs of All levels to join our friendly little team.
Our menu is inspired by French and Spanish fare, it is fun and indulgent, and never just eggs on toast!!
We are currently looking for:
- Senior Chefs
- Junior Chefs
- Kitchen Hands
We are looking for skill, personality & a can do attitude!
We have a fast paced and friendly environment, we enjoy doing what we do, so be prepared to work hard and to have a lot of fun while you are doing it. We don't work nights, and you'll be out the door before 4 every day.
With a menu that changes constantly and daily specials on the weekend, we are a dynamic business that is looking for staff that are the right fit.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 2-4 years experience in a kitchen role
- Breakfast experience is desirable
- French cuisine knowledge is desirable
- A strong work ethic
- Integrity and enthusiasm in your work
- Ability to multi-task and manage a team
- Confidence working under pressure and is able to prioritise effectively
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- A fun outgoing personality. We have fun and we encourage that in the workplace. We want customers to enjoy their visit and that all starts with fun vibrant staff. We sing, we dance and we laugh so get ready for it!
