Full-Time Or Casual Chef/ Cook (All Level)

Cook/ Demi Chef/ Chef de Partie (Full-time/ Casual), the ideal candidate will have,

• A relevant formal qualification and / or recent work experience is desirable
• Australian work rights
• Passionate and experience in food service
• Ability to work on rotating shifts including weekends
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Pride in your workplace

Sous Chef (Full-time), the ideal candidate will have,

• A relevant formal qualification (Cert 3&4 in Commercial Cookery, Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and / or recent work experience is desirable
• Passionate in food service
• Ability to work on rotating shifts including weekends
• Australian work rights
• Ability to supervise the kitchen while head chef is away
• Excellent communication skills
• Pride in your workplace
• Ability in creating new dishes
